Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price depends on your vehicle’s size and condition and is confirmed before work begins. If we find the work needs more time or products than quoted, we will tell you and get your approval before proceeding.
Booking and payment
We accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay and gift cards. Payment is due [at the time of service / at booking / deposit of $[amount] at booking]. We may decline to start work if payment cannot be made.
Gift cards

Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
Please give us at least [24] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation with less notice, or a no-show, may be charged a fee of [$amount / percentage of the quoted price] or may forfeit any deposit. We may reschedule an appointment because of weather, safety or other circumstances outside our control, and will contact you to arrange a new time.
Your vehicle
You agree to tell us about any existing damage, loose parts, leaks, or other condition of your vehicle before we start. Please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle. We are not responsible for items left in it.
Damage claims
We take care with every vehicle. If you believe your vehicle was damaged during our service, please tell us before you leave or within 48 hours of pick-up so we can inspect it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or paint or interior defects that become visible during cleaning or polishing.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
